Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Processes, embeds, and sections tissue for slides.
• Maintains control tissue library and slides with tracking.
• Performs preventative maintenance and quality control of equipment.
• Uses PPE appropriately to ensure safety.
• Maintains accurate case identification throughout processing.
• Follows hospital and lab safety policies and keeps a clean workspace.
