Job summary

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our collaborative team in the Greater Southern Alameda Area.

This full-time role emphasizes high-quality patient care and upper extremity trauma with minimal administrative burdens. Based primarily out of our Fremont and San Leandro locations, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and leverage advanced clinical infrastructure to deliver

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed an accredited Fellowship in Hand/Upper Extremity Surgery.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active, unrestricted California Medical License (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Manage upper extremity trauma cases in a busy clinical environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic peers, nurses, and hand therapists.
• Utilize TPMG infrastructure to streamline patient care across affiliated facilities.
