Job summary

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (Kaiser Permanente Northern California) is seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Hand Surgeon for a Per Diem position at our Fremont facility.

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative environment within a seamless healthcare system. Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and surgically managing hand, wrist, and upper-extremity conditions, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, supported by Kaiser’s robust EHR

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and Hand Surgery Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and perform surgical interventions for hand, wrist, and upper-extremity conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and maintain clinical autonomy within the Kaiser system.
• Provide care backed by Kaiser Permanente’s EHR and operational support.
