Responsibilities

• Operate multi-line phones and route calls.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain office inventory.
• Act as Emergency Response Team member in emergencies.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy toward residents.
• Assist residents with resident funds as needed.
• Escalate emergencies clearly to maintenance staff.
• Operate office copy machines, fax, and scanner.
• Maintain records of residents leaving or in hospital.
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements.
• Communicate effectively.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional appearance.
