Qualifications

Position Overview

We are NOW HIRING for Registered Nurses for Start-of-Care Field Visits and follow-up visits in the Manhattan/Bronx area.

The RN will assess patients' needs, develop the Plan of Care, and complete follow-up visits if required. Visits for PT, OT, SLP do not require follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2 years of bedside RN experience
• Homecare experience preferred
• AlayaCare experience preferred
• Start of Care experience preferred

Requirements

• NYS Registered Nursing License and Registration
• BLS certification
• Physical exam within a year
• QuantiFERON test within a year
• MMR Titers
• NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
• Two forms of government ID
• Two letters of recommendation
