Job summary

One Medical seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for per diem, hourly work in San Francisco, CA. You will deliver in-office and telehealth primary care, handle acute and chronic visits, and collaborate with in-person and virtual teams.

A CA license and accredited NP/PA certification are required, with 2 years outpatient experience or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care. This role offers flexible hours (8-23 per week) and access to our EHR, with compensation paid hourly and potential extras

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practice as an Advanced Practitioner: 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care.
• State license in CA required by start date.

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits; not a panel-building role.
• Treat patients in-office and via tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams via daily huddles.
• Use clinical training to perform in-office procedures when needed.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states.
