Job summary

One Medical is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to provide primary care in our San Francisco, CA offices, with some tele-health capacity. The role emphasizes in-office visits, outpatient primary care experience, and collaboration with in-house and virtual teams.

You may pursue additional state licensure for expanded virtual care, and state licensing in CA is required by start date. The position is per diem, hourly, with an hourly rate of $96.00 in the San Francisco area.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year with fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
