Job summary

One Medical is seeking an hourly clinician (NP/PA) to provide in-person and telehealth primary care at Bay Meadows in San Mateo and nearby offices. This per diem role involves 8–23 patient care hours per week, with state licensure expansion and credentialing across states as needed.

You will collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, applying your clinical training to deliver high-quality care and, when appropriate, in-office procedures.

Qualifications

• NP or PA program completed with national certification.
• CA state license by start date.
• Outpatient primary care experience in past 5 years (2 years) or (1 year plus fellowship/urgent care).

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic and well visits; not a panel-building role.
• In-office and tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
• Perform in-office procedures as trained.
• Obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
