Job summary

Kendal at Hanover in Hanover, NH, is looking for a Per Diem General Maintenance/Security team member. This role requires availability for shifts from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with at least two shifts per month. Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in maintenance or security.
• Active driver's license is required.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and lift/move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
• Make appropriate rounds and question any strangers on premises.
• Complete rounds and perform routine operation checks of equipment.
• Fill in the night log and incident reports.
• Assist nursing staff with needs such as lockouts and alarms.
• Respond to emergency needs for general services.
