Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Exam Proctor for per diem day shifts at Oceanport, NJ. The role supports nursing education by proctoring tests, including unit and final exams and standardized assessments, ensuring test security, and preparing testing spaces.

HS Diploma is required; MS Word & Excel proficiency is required; an associate degree is preferred; knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous. Per diem with flexible scheduling including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Immediate knowledge of MS Word & Excel is required.
• An associates degree in any major is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Candidates cannot be a student of RWJ School of Nursing or Union County College.
• Per Diem, availability to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays and some Saturday assignments.

Responsibilities

• Proctor a variety of tests, including unit and final examinations and standardized exams (training for standardized exams).
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials.
• Set up the test environment and prepare supplies (calculators, pencils, etc.).
• Collect and return materials/exams to the source when completed and support a secure testing environment.
