Job summary

Valley Medical Transport is seeking a per diem EMT to provide safe, high-quality medical transportation to and from medical facilities under supervision. You must have EMT Basic and EMS state certification, with DOT and EVOC training in progress or completed, and a valid driver's license.

AHA CPR and BLS are required, with orientation trainings provided. Minimum age 18, ability to perform pharmacological calculations, and basic Windows/EMR data entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EMT Basic certification required; EMS certification for primary state.
• CPR/BLS/HCP AED certifications required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality medical transportation up to Basic Life Support.
• Operate under dispatch center and Operations Manager supervision.
• Accurately document patient data in electronic medical records.
