Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Computer skills required; familiarity with hospital software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology; outpatient setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to nursing staff and perform clerical, scheduling, and supply tasks.
• Greet visitors, patients, and staff; refer questions to appropriate staff.
• Answer and make calls; coordinate with physicians and departments; inform of admissions.
