Job summary

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician for a Per diem position at Bergen NewBridge Hospital in Paramus, NJ. Shifts are 12 hours, with 2–3 shifts per month including weekends, and EMR is Paragon. Independent contractor with LLC structure.

New graduates welcome and the department recently renovated to expand services, with new 24 hr APC coverage to support patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Residency completed in Emergency Medicine
• American Board certification in Emergency Medicine
• NJ Medical License

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform medical procedures including airway management and medication administration
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Respond to medical emergencies with speed and efficiency
• Utilize advanced medical knowledge to make critical decisions under pressure
