Job summary
Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician for a per diem position at Bergen NewBridge Hospital in Paramus.
Per diem shifts are 12 hours, with 2–3 shifts per month and weekend availability; physicians will work as independent contractors with an LLC. EMR used is Paragon; new grads welcome and visa sponsorship is not available.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required.
- Residency in Emergency Medicine completed.
- Board-certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM).
- NJ Medical License required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
- Perform airway management and medication administration.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies with speed and efficiency.
- Make critical decisions under pressure using advanced medical knowledge.

New 24 hr APC coverage
Per Diem Shifts - 2-3 Shifts per month including weekend availability. 12 hr shifts

Physicians to be paid as Independent contractor with LLC
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries
- Perform medical procedures including airway management and medication administration
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Respond to medical emergencies with speed and efficiency
- Utilize advanced medical knowledge to make critical decisions under pressure
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of residency in Emergency Medicine
- American Board certification in Emergency Medicine
- NJ Medical License
2-3 12 hr shifts per month.
Weekend availability as well
