Requirements include a high school diploma; completion of phlebotomy training at an approved school or two years of hospital phlebotomy experience; donor or therapeutic phlebotomy preferred. Salary range is $18.13–$25.66 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood donor screening, therapeutic phlebotomy, and donation collection on patients of all ages.
• Review donor history, assess suitability, and determine deferral status.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
• Work in the Blood Donor Program during donor room hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) as needed.
