Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Harford County, Maryland is seeking a Per Diem Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily activities, home tasks, meals, recreation, and learning activities.

This role may involve transportation support for community activities, with mileage reimbursement where applicable. Schedule is per diem, with a minimum of 16 hours per month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with daily activities and personal care.
• Assist with household chores, meals, recreation and learning activities.
• Transport assistance to community activities; mileage reimbursement as applicable.
