Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in Baltimore County, MD. You will assist with daily activities, household tasks, meals, recreation, learning activities, and community participation.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; Therap software a plus.
• Demonstrated empathy and a passion for helping others.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license and vehicle access may be required; reliable transportation needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support with daily activities, including transportation as needed.
• Assist with household chores, meals, recreation, learning activities, and fitness.
• Support individuals in community activities and life skills development.
