Job summary

Masonicare at Middlewoods of Farmington, Farmington, CT, is seeking a Waitstaff member for the evening shift. The role focuses on setting up and assembling food for residents and serving meals with a professional, resident-centered approach.

Responsibilities include assisting during meal service, meeting resident needs promptly, and maintaining professional presentation with required uniform and demeanor. Some high school education and on-the-job training are expected.

• Interact with residents, families and coworkers in a professional manner.
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform (clean shirt, bow tie, apron, name tag, black slacks and shoes, and a pen).
• Attend all mandatory education events.

Summary of Position:

Sets up and assembles various food to be served to the residents. During the meal service, responsibilities include meeting residents needs and serving various other foods in an attractive professional manner.
