Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of cooking experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP.
• ServSafe Certification (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu and dietary guidelines
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team during service
• Read and follow standardized recipes
• Assist with dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
