Qualifications

• Completion of State of Alaska approved feeding assistance program within 6 months of hire.
• National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority.
• 2 years' experience in quantity food preparation required, including knowledge of hot and cold food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and serve meals and snacks according to resident dietary plan of care guidelines.
• May perform housekeeping related duties and/or participate in other resident services activities as required.
