Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or dietary role within a care setting.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Strong sanitation and food safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals and snacks according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure accurate and timely meal delivery to residents
• Develop and implement creative menu ideas that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of our patients
• Participate in inventory management and ordering of food and supplies
• Maintain accurate records and reports of food production and consumption
