Lowell General Hospital seeks a dedicated Dietary Aide to support meals preparation, tray delivery, and kitchen sanitation across patient and retail locations. Under supervision, you will assist with menu options, diet orders, and nourishments while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in hospital food services preferred.
• Food service experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Maintains and communicates accurate and updated diet order information through the system to ensure patients receive appropriate meals.
• Delivers trays to patients, picks up trays from patients.
• Assists patients with menu selection and writes/corrects regular and modified diets.
• Maintains accurate sanitation and temperature logs in work area according to regulatory requirements.
• Stocks nursing unit pantries with nourishments and dietary supplies.
• Follows PPE protocols and maintains kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
