Lowell General Hospital is hiring for a Dietary & Food Services role within the Tufts Medicine network. The position focuses on preparing and serving meals, operating kitchens, managing inventories, and supporting dietary needs across locations.

It involves delivering trays, maintaining sanitation, and collaborating with dietitians. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a schedule of 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, every other weekend and every other holiday.

Formación

• Two (2) years of food service experience.
• Dietetic tech degree (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Maintains and communicates updated diet order information through the system to ensure patients receive appropriate meals.
• Delivers trays to patients and ensures accurate tray assembly.
• Stocks nursing unit pantries with nourishments and dietary supplies.
• Operates kitchen utensils to prepare and serve food.
• Maintains sanitation and temperature logs according to regulatory requirements.
• May assist with orientation and training of staff.
