Qualifications

• Produces high quality diagnostic images using appropriate CT/X-ray protocols.
• Maintains patient logs and RIS forms as part of QA activities.
• Follows ALARA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT/X-ray equipment and apply scan protocols to visualize anatomy.
• Maintain PACS image flow and RIS documentation.
• Keep repeat/retake rate under 7% per month.
• Perform IV insertion after training and competency.
• Communicate findings with patients and providers.
• Ensure patient safety and aseptic technique.
• Adhere to organizational policies and security measures.
