Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks a skilled nurse anesthetist to provide anesthesia care in the operating room for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. You will perform preoperative evaluation, intraoperative management, and postoperative follow-up, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff to ensure patient safety.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing, strong clinical anesthesia expertise, excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to respond to emergencies

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Role demands clinical expertise in anesthesia, strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Anesthetizes patients and monitors their status throughout procedures.
• Selects appropriate drugs and adjusts medications as needed.
• Communicates patient condition with surgical and anesthesia teams.
• Assesses patient hemodynamics, interprets waveforms, and responds to emergencies.
• Performs thorough preoperative evaluations and prepares the operating room.
• Coordinates with staff to ensure patient safety, including positioning and equipment checks.
• Responds to codes, maintains airway, and provides anesthesia support in assigned areas.
• Accurately documents in patient EMR and ensures safe patient transport.
• Serves as a mentor and preceptor to staff, residents, students, and colleagues.
