Regency Hospital in Oregon, OH is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for per diem/coverage as needed. Compensation is $37.00 per hour.

The role supports caring for patients with complex needs, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, with opportunities to pick up shifts at Sylvania and Oregon locations. Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy regimens, monitoring progress, documenting care, and participating in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment as required by state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients with complex needs and challenging diagnoses under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens under supervision of an OT.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust during sessions as indicated with OT guidance.
• Complete documentation according to department policies and procedures.
• Participate in departmental, hospital, and community continuing education seminars and in-services.
