Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary Arts training preferred.
• 2 years of dietary experience.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures, laws and guidelines.
• Leadership ability to supervise personnel.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assures all dietary procedures are followed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Establish food production line to ensure timely meals.
• Represent the community with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals with high presentation quality.
