Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare delicious, nutritious meals for residents while adhering to applicable standards and Benchmark policies. The role is supported by the Food Services Director to ensure consistent quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (culinary training preferred) and at least 2 years in dietary services. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Pay rate is $19.00–$20.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary Arts training preferred.
• 2 years of dietary experience.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures, laws, and guidelines.
• Leadership ability and teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing position for extended periods.

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
