Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals per planned menus using standardized portions.
• Ensures meals are served on schedule and tasks are organized efficiently.
• Completes all clean-up duties after each meal service.
• Follows sanitation schedules and checklists to keep kitchen clean and safe.
• Accounts for meals for residents, staff and guests.
• Ensures resident food preferences are met.
• Observes and reports issues to Food Service leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
