Care New England is seeking a dedicated Nurse's Aide to perform nursing procedures and patient care tasks under supervision. You will assist with personal care, document care provided, and contribute to a safe, efficient hospital environment in Providence, Rhode Island.

The role requires a Nursing Assistant Training program completion, an active Rhode Island CNA license, CPR certification, and at least 18 years of age with proficient English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Training program.
• Must maintain a current Rhode Island CNA license and CPR certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old and proficient in English.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates competency in clinical care and assessment for all patient populations.
• Provides personal care including bathing, dressing, and feeding and documents care provided.
• Prepares and checks equipment and supplies and uses resources safely.
• Observes changes in patient condition and reports to nurse or supervisor.
• Collaborates with health care team and participates in QA activities.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality; attends training sessions.
