Qualifikationen

• Must obtain professional license within 15 days of hire.
• Rhode Island Nursing Assistant license required.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic computer skills.
• Certified in BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider).
• One year experience as Nursing Assistant preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Registered Nurse to organize work and set priorities.
• Perform personal care skills under supervision.
• Provide basic nursing assistant skills per Rhode Island guidance.
• Assist with rehabilitation and activities of daily living.
• Maintain a safe environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Recognize and report signs and symptoms to the RN.
• Maintain infection control and document data in the EHR.
• May function as a patient observer.
• Perform other related duties as required.
