Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, toileting, feeding, transferring, and ambulating.
• Follow the resident's care plan and coordinate with the nurse for clarification.
• Assist with daily living activities and encourage resident independence where possible.
• Record and report changes in condition to the nurse.
