Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time evening role at Clifton Spring, NY. You will join the Nursing Unit and support high-quality patient care with a strong focus on teamwork and safety.

The position offers a signing bonus up to $2,250, 22.5 hours per week, evenings 3p-11p, Monday-Friday with every other weekend. CNA certification in NY and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Must hold NY CNA certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, toileting, feeding, transfers, ambulation.
• Follow care cards and consult nurses for clarification when needed.
• Assist with daily living activities and encourage resident independence.
• Document observations and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Transport residents within the facility and support care conferences.
