Job summary

Desert Peak Care Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our per diem team. You will provide direct care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and psychological needs in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Requirements include a current Arizona CNA certification, a high school diploma, and excellent communication skills. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and rehabilitation progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in patient education and family support activities.
