We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our per diem team at Desert Peak Care Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and rehabilitation progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in patient education and family support activities
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arizona
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
