Job summary

Resolve Diamondback is hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing team in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, and support dignity and comfort in a high-acuity setting.

This full-time, in-person role offers day or night shifts, competitive pay, same-day TapCheck access, and complimentary staff meals. Candidates must hold an active CNA license in Arizona and pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
• Reliable, patient focused, and compassionate behaviors.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes.
• Support mobility, repositioning and fall prevention.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
• Document care accurately per facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
