Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Skilled Nursing setting at Clover Healthcare. The role requires assisting residents with daily living activities, recording vital signs, and supporting care plans under RN/LPN supervision.

Responsibilities include monitoring changes in residents, aiding with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and providing compassionate emotional support. A high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of clinical experience are expected; CNA licensure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent training.
• 1+ years of clinical/nursing experience.
• CNA licensure required per state regulations.
• Proficient in English to perform duties and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and measurements.
• Record height, weight, and intake/output accurately.
• Identify abnormal changes and report to supervisor promptly.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and ADLs.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents safely.
• Provide skin care and support daily living activities.
• Contribute to assessments and the plan of care.
• Follow resident schedules and support rights with respect.
