Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Skilled Nursing on DAY SHIFT at Clover Healthcare. You will work under RN/LPN supervision to care for residents, take vitals, assist with ADLs, and promote resident rights.

Requirements include High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year clinical/nursing experience, CNA license (state requirements). English proficiency, basic computer skills. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, PTO, and DailyPay.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care to residents.
• Contribute to resident assessments and plan of care.
• Follow schedule of resident needs set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Promote and protect resident rights and independent decision-making.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity of residents.
