Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state law.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor promptly.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Greet residents, escort them to rooms, and introduce them to roommates.
• Maintain resident room readiness and equipment.
• Follow policies and procedures and cooperate with staff to ensure quality care.
