Job summary

ANAC STAFFING is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Columbus, GA for per diem shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities and personal care, supporting the nursing team to maintain comfort, dignity, and safety in a skilled nursing setting.

The role requires a current CNA certification and BLS/CPR certification, with prior CNA experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Assist with meals and hydration as needed.
• Observe residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned and within the scope of training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while protecting residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Document care provided according to facility procedures.
