Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred at hire.
• EKG certification preferred at hire.
• BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire and keep current.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of RN.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Support team with unit tasks as needed.
