Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. Winchester Hospital is seeking a part‑time Co‑op Clinical Associate to support nursing staff under supervision.

You will assist with activities of daily living, transport patients, collect specimens, obtain vitals, and help ensure patient comfort and safety. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, and nursing‑related study or clinical experience; English literacy and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma strongly preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• CNA or nursing student with clinical rotation or experience preferred.
• Three months of clinical care experience required or CATP completion.
• English reading/writing and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Reposition and ambulate patients.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds.
• Transport patients, beds, supplies and equipment.
• Collect, label and transport specimens.
• Retrieve and sign out blood products.
• Perform point-of-care testing.
• Obtain vital signs and weights.
• Remove Foley catheters and saline locks.
