Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Staff Pharmacist Per Diem (PRN) to join our Fort Worth clinics, The HELP Center for LGBT Health + Wellness and North Texas Area Community Health Centers. This clinic-based role emphasizes a team-based approach, collaborating with providers to ensure safe and effective medication use.

Pay is around $70 per hour, with per diem scheduling between both locations. Candidates should hold TX pharmacist licensure and have at least one year of pharmacy experience; duties include

Qualifications

• Knowledge of drugs, indications, contraindications, dosing, and safety.
• Ability to counsel patients and communicate clearly with clinical staff.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with pharmacy leadership.

Responsibilities

• Fill drug orders and provide patient counseling.
• Act as Pharmacist-in-Charge when needed.
• Discuss prescriptions with physicians and resolve irregularities on prescriptions.
• Dispense, compound, and prepare IV admixtures as applicable.
• Monitor drug therapy for interactions and allergies.
• Maintain patient medication records and inventory.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Pharm. D.
