Responsibilities

• Triages and manages multiple requests; support 24/7 coverage as backup.
• Engage in spiritual assessment and develop a care plan; connect with resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; participate in safety and ethics activities as needed.
• Document visits in the electronic health record; participate in professional development.
