Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered spiritual care to patients, families, and staff.
• Deliver timely care per policies including crisis response, end-of-life care, and ethics discussions.
• Backup to staff/resident chaplains to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Triage and manage multiple requests; perform spiritual assessments.
• Document visits in electronic health records and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
