Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of theological education required.
• 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education from an ACPE center required; 2 units preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered spiritual care to patients, families and staff.
• Deliver spiritual support, crisis response, prayer, and end-of-life care.
• Triages and manages multiple requests; participates in safety and ethics discussions.
• Develops and documents a plan of care and coordinates with community clergy.
• Engages in rounding and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
