Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current OTA license or eligibility in state of practice.
• BLS certification; one year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial assessments under OT supervision.
• Document patient care progress and rationale for continued treatment.
• Administer modalities, exercises, or treatment procedures per policy.
• Maintain progress notes and department records.
• Promote education within the department.
• Demonstrate awareness of needs across neonatal to geriatric ages.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Inpatient PM supervisor.
