Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking a per diem Certified Medical Assistant to deliver patient care at the miCare Health Center in Billings, MT under the supervision of miCare Practitioners. The role includes front desk duties, documentation, medication administration, and assisting with procedures to ensure efficient patient flow.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with the miCare team to support health fairs and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or approved state agency in CA.
• 2+ years clinical medical assistant experience with phlebotomy skills.
• Medical terminology proficiency.
• Current BLS
• Working knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Office
• Proficient typing skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills, problem-solving, analytical skills and detail oriented
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads and multitask
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of protected health information in compliance with HIPAA
• Work indoors in an office environment with moderate noise
• Intermittent physical effort involving lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, sitting, walking, and stooping
• Exposure to virus, disease and infections
• Frequent use of a keyboard and reaching with hands and arms
• Normal vision and hearing abilities

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients at reception and directing calls and messages.
• Documenting patient demographics, history, and symptoms as directed by practitioners.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting with or performing procedures.
• Managing patient flow and coordinating care with the miCare team.
• Carry out practitioner orders accurately and document care.
• Inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Maintain patient files and clinic documentation.
• Support marketing efforts and materials for miCare clinics.
