Imagine360 is seeking a per diem Certified Medical Assistant in Billings, MT to support the miCare Health Center under practitioner delegation. The role includes clinical duties as well as office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities cover documentation, medications, patient flow, and coordination with the miCare team. Candidates should have MA training, phlebotomy skills, and current BLS, with strong organization and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or CA-approved state agency.
• 2+ years clinical MA experience with phlebotomy skills.
• Medical terminology proficiency.
• Current BLS.
• Working knowledge of computers and software including MS Office.

Responsabilités

• General MA duties including office reception, patient greeting, and directing calls.
• Document demographics, history, symptoms and other information as directed by Practitioners.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures; manage patient flow.
• Communicate effectively with miCare team to coordinate care.
