Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join the Mercer County In-Patient Unit. You will provide patient care inside the facility, support activities of daily living, and follow established care plans to ensure the highest level of comfort and relief.

Experience in hospice is a plus, and a valid CHHA license in NJ is required. Dependable transportation to the inpatient unit is also expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Hospice care experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility.

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in the Mercer County In-Patient Unit. This team will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid CHHA License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients in the facility as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior Hospice Experience a Plus!
